Nextbridge Ltd is looking for a Senior SQA Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and regression tests to ensure product quality.

Location: Lahore

Minimum Experience: 3+ Year of solid experience within Software testing

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our business analysts, designers, and engineers to design and implement effective testing strategies, develop and execute test plans, and identify and report defects. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in active collaboration with diverse teams to crystalize project objectives and deliverables.
• Craft, refine, and oversee comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to pinpoint system shortcomings.
• Keenly document, pursue, and facilitate defect resolutions in a timely manner.
• Undertake meticulous root cause analyses to drive consistent product enhancement.
• Administer a variety of tests including functional, regression, and sanity checks.
• Be a catalyst for QA process and practice enhancements, advocating for excellence.
• Enhance test strategies and methodologies to broaden test scopes and heighten efficiency.
• Communicate succinct, impactful test findings to all project stakeholders.
• Strategize test schedules to align seamlessly with project timelines and delivery mandates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a field resonant with the role.
• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• At least 1 year of experience using Virtuoso
• Mastery of software QA methodologies, tools such as Virtuoso, and progressive practices.
• Experience in automation testing is highly regarded.
• A thorough grasp of SDLC and contemporary Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Stellar communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and team cohesion.
• A zealous commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
