Employee Engagement and L&D Specialist

We are looking for an Employee Engagement and L&D Specialist who is passionate about creating a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant work environment. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate engagement initiatives that contribute to a motivated and satisfied workforce.

Experience required: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Lahore(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement and L&D strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one conversations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement innovative engagement programs and initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, recognition programs, and Training Programs.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure employees are informed about company news, events, and opportunities for involvement.
  • Implement an employee recognition program that acknowledges outstanding performance and contributions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events and activities to foster team bonding and a sense of community.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and provide regular reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret employee data.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles.
