Nextbridge is currently seeking 2 Trainee Network Support professionals for its office located in Johar Town, Lahore.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Fundamental understanding of web operations, networking, and software products
• Ability to take ownership of technical issues and collaborate with Development teams to address complex problems
• Resolve escalated user complaints independently, minimizing the need for team lead intervention
• Document troubleshooting processes and problem resolution steps
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Linux, and general desktop support matters
• Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls, and other networking concepts
• Basic knowledge of internet protocols, including SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent phone etiquette

Internship Program Details:

• This is a paid internship program lasting for 3 months, exclusively for our Lahore centers.
• Comprehensive training will be provided during the 3-month period.
• Successful completion of the internship program does not guarantee permanent employment.
• Outstanding performers may be considered for a permanent position before completing the internship program.
